Life is never dull. In 2009, I suffered a spinal injury and was told "mourn the life you've lost." Instead, I chose to live; to become a world cup medallist; to become captain of TeamGB’s men’s wheelchair fencing team; and to focus on using my professional skills and knowledge to help other organisations improve their own outcomes.

I chose to follow my passions, to mentor individuals and businesses, to support innovation and technology, particularly in highly regulated industries such as health and transport.

Learning about my ADHD and dyslexia has created opportunities for me, rather than slamming the door. This is a peek into my life, my work, and some of my loves; no two days are the same and I’m grateful for every moment.
