When not in the office or in a Board room... I'm hitting people with swords for Team GB.

I've been out in Sharjah where I've managed a personal best since my comeback from shoulder surgery, finishing 20th in the world in Épée.

Yesterday was the last day of the World Games Wheelchair Fencing Championship and saw us compete in the team event. Ranked 18th in the World as a team, we stormed through and finished 5th, beating the indomitable Italy, Ukraine, and 2016 Paralympic Gold Medallists France, but losing to a fantastic Team Iraq. Some great experiences but also good lessons to take away.

We'll be back; better, faster, stronger.
